Refund Policy — TheStickySticker (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos as evidence.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no cost to you.

3. Non-refundable Items

Due to the nature of stickers:

  • “Change of mind” returns are not accepted.

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

4. Return Process

5. Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
