Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Custom orders may take longer and will be communicated clearly.

2. Delivery Methods

We ship via:

• Royal Mail (1st Class, 2nd Class, Tracked options), or courier services

• International carriers for overseas orders

Delivery times are estimates only.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on location and shipping method.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to Royal Mail, delays are outside our control.
We will assist with claims where possible but cannot guarantee compensation.

6. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
